LARP Portal is a web-based software company specializing in Live Active Role Play (LARP) game event logistics. We are data geeks who love to support creative gamers with time saving tools that help them spend more time building and playing their games.
LARP Portal started in 2014 in Monroe, CT with just a few basic modules. We are now located in Londonderry, NH and offer a full suite of modules that support all types of highly complex rules sets and is content rich with common LARP logistics.
“As a lifelong LARPer with organizational tendencies, I always had ideas of how a system could simplify/streamline the work I always found myself volunteering to do in games that I staffed or NPC’d. “
Rick Pierce (Founder)
We are a small team of programmers, developers, and product owners that are translating our professional expertise from several other industries to build a product that our family, friends, coworkers, and our LARP community love.
We owe our success, as well as much gratitude, to the LARP community.
We want to thank JJ McGill and Nicole Gouthro for their ongoing support, advice and testing and Lise Descoteaux for business management.
Deep appreciation goes out to Paul Chanoine, Jack Voss, Matthew Botteon for countless hours in our early discussions about infrastructure, design, development and user support.
